Surecare Wessex, we had Martin Cosgrove installing our new cloud telephone system today. He was very professional and explained fully what he was doing and how to use the various aspects of the system. He likes 1/2 sugars in his coffee!!

Catcott Primary School We have had Martin Cosgrove installing our new cloud voice telephone system. Martin was very thorough and made sure we understood how to use all devices. He worked tirelessly to check that we understood how everything worked and shared lots of useful troubleshooting advice.

A colleague identified a suspicious looking email asking them to confirm some personal information, and it was highlighted to Michael in the Chess Team. He acted quickly and investigated the email. He was able to block and report the sender, and keep my team updated with the good news that we would never receive an email from that address again!

Vienna was a fantastic help from start to finish. She sourced the best prices, tariffs and devices for our needs and met our requirements exactly. Communication was efficient and informative and when we experienced a slight issue with the network Vienna got the issue resolved, taking away the hassle for us.

Watch out, they still charge months after leaving them! We left Chess in October 2023 and even after complaining constantly they still charge every month! I didn’t want to have to leave a 1 star review but perhaps now someone with some competence will sort this account once and for all! I’ve lost count how much money they owe me but it’s my money and this is no becoming a bit of a joke each month! Sort it out Chess UPDATE: I gave them my account number last Friday and today Wednesday I have still not heard anything! UPDATE One month on from this review and 5 months of complaining to them and guess what, another bill has just come through, they are a complete joke!

A few teething problems with our new phone system integrating it into our company but we were allocated engineer Michael Naughton who worked in the background to ensure it was sorted quickly.

Wat a set of robbers one member of staff doesn't know what the other is doing I recently cancelled my contract as service was getting bad when you sign up you pay a month's rental up front it says on your bills that you are always a month in front I cancelled my contract in January to leave 22nd February so I paid my bill 31st January to cover February they are now saying I still owe them for February surely its common sense but you can not get them to understand if you are thinking of signing up think again they have now threatened me with debt collectors very bad customer service have asked for their accounts to contract me still waiting they say being dealt with by customer experience team wat a laugh they won't even listen to you stuck in their ways 🙄 update still waiting for response from them after being threatened with debt collectors just got a bill reminder this morning saying its due 31st March so not even late asked for date of contact start so we can check on date we paid two weeks ago still no reply wat a waste of space no customer service at all
