As quite an anxious person when it comes to changing services over, I have to say the service with Chess has been second to none. I have moved from Vodafone to EE has I have been over paying for months & no one had been in touch. Chess took control, saved me money & offered the best service. I would recommend. Kelly Stockdale is the account manager & was brilliant start to finish.

The team at Chess are always on hand to support with our ICT needs, I've had a couple of intermittent issues recently and Michael F. made sure that he'd read through previous tickets and resolutions before tackling the problem from a different angle. Great service as always.

I had major issues in using ZOOM for e-conferences, in some conferences during the last 4 months it was impossible to access the conference. Michael Fenton from CHESS called me today, I've explained him the situation and the major issues I have with ZOOM. He has immediately identified what the issue was, and then he's worked with me step-by-step in solving the issues, re-install the ZOOM Platform, up-date the ZOOOM version to be used and help me installing a new password. Everything was fast, smooth and it has taken less than 15 minutes. This is the kind of service that we need.

For six months they doubled my monthly fee by including an add on that I did not request or want. When I challenged them they told me they had sent me an email 6 months ago with an option to "opt out" of automatically signing up to the new add on. I did not see the email and told them that the sign up process should have been a "opt in" to receive the add on not the scam method of telling customers to "opt out" not to receive the add on because they know that not every customer will read the email and this is how the scam works. Chess ICT refused to pay me back the money that stole so I have now closed my account and I'm in the process of submitting a complaint about Chess ICT to the Communications Ombudsman. Don't use this company and please spread the word about the way they steal money from their customers.

Dealing with Chess ICT, and more specifically, Vienna Savoy, has been a pain-free and pleasant experience from start to finish. When the end of our previous contract was approaching, we made Vienna aware of what we wanted and needed from them to move over, which was all achieved. Additionally, when we were dealing with quotations from alternate service providers within the industry, alongside Chess ICT, this highlighted their honesty and transparency where costs were concerned, which is more than could be said for others.  Their prices are fantastic, their service is fantastic, and I genuinely don't think we would move away from Chess ICT when our contract is next up for renewal. Thank you, Vienna, for all of the hard work that you've put into helping us achieve what we needed.

We are in the process of moving our mobiles and broadband for multiple sites over from another provider and the service has been excellent. We cannot fault the efforts put in by Kelly Stockdale and Callum Hayes so far and look forward to future projects. We would recommend Chess if you are looking for an easy transition and goods deals from people who know what they are talking about.

Grate service Back in December I was looking to see if we can get a better service from another network and Kelly Stockdale did an amazing work and been really good and professional not pushing the sale and that was what I like about her...long story short at that time we decide to stay with O2 and in the new year we had such a bad experience with the service we decide to change and gladly I want back to Kelly what made the porting process super easy, we ported 51 numbers and we got an amazing service and good price. Gladly recommend her and even mentioned to her management we want her as our account manager ;) for all the period we are with Chess

Kerry, was extremely helpful and friendly, making the call easy and pleasant. She was able to resolve my enquiries and responded extremely quickly with follow up data/email.

Michael Fenton was excellent today. From initial contact to fixing the IT issues, he was thoroughly professional and helpful at all times. Although he inherited the case he was quick to resolve the errors and I am now able to complete printing again.

Great service, always there to help with any issues always looking to get the customer a better deal. My Company has saved thousands of pounds a year on our leased lines, phone service, and sims. We have been using Chess for years and have no plan to move as the service they provide if fantastic

Vienna Savory and Julie Cowan went above and beyond in helping us changing the porting date for our mobile phones after the date has been set. Not only did they explain the porting process in a clear and easy to understand way but also worked hard in getting our porting date changed for some of the numbers.
