The whole process was extremely simple. All of the instructions were clear, especially the packing instructions, which made it all very easy. I appreciated the suggestion to use plastic shopping bags rather than packing peanuts to keep the books in place in the box. We had too many of those around the house anyway. The guy at Pak Mail only had to glance at the label to know the shipping was paid and my books were on there way. I appreciate how easy you guys made the whole process

Brand new text book still wrapped deemed counterfeit!? My husband gets these straight from the schools he attends and teaches classes for. Be careful, I think this business may not be reputable. Will follow with update if we actually get our book back or not.

Update: After I wrote the following review I was contacted by the company offering to send me back the book on their charge labeling this effort as "exception" and asking me to remove my negative review. I changed the review rating from one star to three starts since my issue was fixed but I still don't like that they only care about the negative experience if you share it and it can affect their rating. The company should look for another solution for not accepted books or provide a better way to evaluate if the book will be accepted. For the customer, I recommend writing reviews - this may be the only way not to lose your money. If you would like to have it returned to you, please contact us promptly to receive a quote for return shipping. " There was indeed a stain on the last page but the rest of the book was in perfect condition.( I took a picture of it) I wasn't selling it as a new one! They can't just take, don't pay me any money or ask me to pay to ship it back. This website isn't trustworthy and I do not recommend to use it!

Great experience! Excellent communication and service. Super easy to send in and just wait for them to receive and process your transaction. Then Boom! Some extra money in your account. It does take some time, but better than just donating your old textbooks to Goodwill! :)
