Didn't like the fact that we had to pay for our own box to ship the books when we are already getting half the price on each new book we selling.
My book was rejected for “mold and mildew.” I thought the book was in good condition. It has been kept in a box for a while and I didn’t notice anything wrong with it before it shipped. And now I would be charged $3 shipping to get back my book that was rejected. I didn’t anticipate this and wish I had used a different service.
My books were in perfect condition only being used a semester however I was not paid for my most expensive books due to “lose pages”. Then to get the books back I must pay for shipping 😒😒
