I created an account after seeing what I could get for my book. At this time I was excited. A label was sent to my email to ship the package within 7 days. The label was printed and the book shipped within 7 days. The email that was sent to me by Cash4Books suggested that I use FedEx, but when following the link to print the book the suggested carrier was USPS. I printed the label for USPS. Although the label said USPS, FedEx was still listed on the label. Because of this the shipping was DELAYED and I am being penalized for it because it was not scanned until 2 WEEKS later. This is not my fault. The scanning that is noted on the tracking is not even in the city I am located in. I strongly suggest that nobody use this service, but if you choose to ONLY USE FEDEX despite the preferred carrier that is listed when you follow the link. And the best part is that if I do not want the lower price that they offer me I can pay to have my book shipped back to me. Isn't that great, for something that is not my fault? UPDATE: They honored the original quote and I received the money within a day of them receiving the book. Please make sure you send via FedEx.

Clear instructions, prepaid labels for shipping and the sense that books I have enjoyed will go to other book lovers. Loved that you've added an app for scanning codes. That will make my next big project go much more easily.

Great way to sell back books!

One of the three books I sent was deemed "counterfeit" not sure why, but I bought that book for $70 regardless and now they're keeping it for free. Or I could pay for the shipping to basically buy it back which is stupid. I wish there was a better system. Like sending pictures or a video before sending the actual book just in case. Otherwise, I do appreciate the free cost of shipping to them.

Sent the books to them. waited a week to a week and half. got email that they recieved it, next day they confirmed it was a good product. then i got payed fast through paypal. i would trust them again.

I will NEVER use this company ever again and I'll be sure that anyone else I know doesn't either. If I could give no stars that would absolutely be my option. I returned a book the day after I received it due to having so much trouble with them just getting the book to me I no longer needed it. They email me three months later and tell me they will not be issuing me a refund because it didn't arrive in time and that they will be donating it. This is an $80 book that I didn't even open so now I'm out $80 and a book!

Cash4Books is a very reliable and efficient source for selling used books. While the company does not accept all books, because there are books that have glutted the market and that have, therefore, no real value, for those it does accept, the process of adding books by ISBN and printing a UPS shipping label is really most efficient and much appreciated.
