The worst. They claim to pay promptly but they take what weeks to receive the book, then upon receiving it tell you they can't take it (mine was loose leaf edition and flawless) so you have to either pay return shipping or they keep the book anyway and resell it. Umm.. No. A scam site. Sell your old textbooks elsewhere. This place is a waste of time and money. Response to Cash4books : My book had both front and rear cover. It was in perfect condition. Return the book so that I may sell it to a reputable and legitimate company.

Most importantly I got my money , only 4 starts because I didn't realize I could be deducted a whole book for some problems I didn't know were in the book , I'll take the blame for that , but they should let it be known deductions are possible

Really happy with cash4books! they answered a lot of my questions very quickly and very specific, detailed. I was very impressed with how fast they responded and how polite they were. seems like a lot of great people on staff. I would still recommend this to anyone, but I wish that they would have taken more books. I scanned over 50 books and could only sell three. I am happy that i could sell those 3 books, but i wish that I could have sold more. again very impressed with everything overall!! I really like it.

I honestly could not of asked for a easier, friendlier, Customer service department to have to work with!! Cash For Books had the highest buy back quote by far that's why I initially went with them in the first place. I emailed their customer service dept with a question a couple of days after I shipped the books to them and I was littreally SHOCKED to have gotten a valid responce back from them completely aswering my question within 15 minutes! After thinking this was a reliable website, I got a quote of $30 for a textbook and mailed it over 2 weeks ago. I never heard back from the company and just checked my account to find that my order has been CANCELLED, completely without my knowledge. So ridiculous. Waste of time and money

I didn’t realize there would be a return fee for a book that was rejected by the company. So this will be the first and last time that I will be using Cash4Books.net.
