Placed order 23 January and paid. Received email stating order was awaiting payment. Then further email thanking for order. Heard nothing so phoned...Received delivery on 2nd February after being shipped on 27 January. I am happy with the products but was not happy with delay.

Your company provided quick service and I have no issue with that but I do have an issue with Australia Post. We have a very large letter box and last time the cartridges were placed in there and no problem. This time they were just placed on our front step in the view of all walking passers. A couple of years ago My order from you was stolen and after reporting it you very kindly replaced these for us. We appreciated that you believed what we said by honouring us with replacement. I do not want this to be the case again as I have been using your company for many years and always happy with your service. I would suggest that Australia Post do something about their deliveries as quite often don't even ring the doorbell. Thanking you for your service Regards Judith F.

A nice company but not exceptional, discounts advertised but not reflective to the market pricing, the free delivery on a $75 purchase is a pull- in relates to a purchase above what one would need. Great if you need a large stock on hand but bat if you require a fill in cartridge. also the information on the return is very ambitious 'state supplied return post free' not included.

I hadn’t received my last shipment. I had notified my new shipping address, but apparently I didn’t save it. The company sent me my shipment again, at no charge to me. Hopefully, the first shipment will be returned to sender.

Fast and reliable

Ordered a Printer from these folks. Immediately status changed to shipped. Received e-mail update 6 days later that there was a delay. 5 days later, subsequent e-mail received advising of actual shipping. Whilst the communication was good, I feel that the shipped status change immediately set the expectation that the Printer was sent on that day. Something to be aware of.

As per usual your service and dispatch time was impeccable. It is just a shame that I cant say the same of Australia Post.
