HP wireless printer that did not work as advertised. CartridgeDirect could not process return/refund without HP authorisation. After many hours on phone with HP, the item was still not working. HP kept calling to schedule another call. But when we called back it sent me to a web form to enter serial number. When submitted, response was that serial number didn’t exist! Not prepared to waste any more time. Printer donated to charity. If I had purchased through Amazon they would have credited me immediately!

Only 1 minor problem - your system had my address stored incorrectly and it overwrote the address I entered on the online order form. Austpost confirmed the delivery address and I was able to retrieve my parcel. I phoned your support line and the operator updated the correct address on the system.
