Purchased ink for my printer, was sent to me with Australia Post, was kept up to date with emails from Cartridge Direct, but Australia Post lost it in transit, sent Cartridge Direct an email telling them that I didn't receive my order, they got onto this and sorted it out for me, as my order was lost, Cartridge Direct replaced my order with another, was very impressed with the help I received, would highly recommend.
