Cartridges arrived fast and in perfect condition. My printer stopped printing 2 of the colours after I put the new ones in. Which was no fault of the new cartridges! I bought a new printer but the cartridges were not the same. I would definitely recommend buying the cartridges from here! Hopefully the sell my new cartridges.

I ordered 5 cartridges, mixtures of hp62 and hp67. 4 cartridges arrived, all hp67. Finally spoke to your customer support today- concluded it was a warehouse mistake.
