I ordered incorrect cartridge. I called support and ask could I return as I had not opened cartridge box. They said YES. I then ordered correct one, and asked to be refunded for the first. Post tracking confirms original ordered arrived. However I have NO refund after 2 weeks and several emails. 2 calls to support were not answered.
