Delivery time scares are ridiculously long. Was giving the dates 23rd-26th, after contacting your team for update no update was giving only excuses as to when they hope delivery will be. Shocking service, after already waiting 10 days for delivery still no further forward in finding out when this may arrive. Would definitely not recommend and do wish I had researched the company sooner before parting with our money!

I ordered a few carpet samples to see which I like best and they were delivered within the next couple days which was amazing. Was provided with lots of information about the different services they provided which was also very helpful.

We ordered some of the vinyl flooring roll for our living room. I was a little concerned as it was such a good price but we are so impressed with the quality, the order arrived in really good time and it looks so good.

I ordered samples of herringbone flooring which arrived quickly. From this we decided to order the flooring on 12th January (order CW#129204) 5 days followed where I didn't hear anything re delivery so I began to worry, especially having read the mixed reviews and having spent £601. I called CW and their phone line message asked to leave message so I did this, but I also emailed asking when I would recieve the order, as I had a fitter booked for the 25th January. This email was responded too within 15 minutes by Chris and he advised he would contact the supplier and come back to me. Within an hour I had a text from Pallex the delivery company advising me of my consignment number and delivery would be the 21st January. Pallex advised I could track my delivery through MyNexus but I needed a barcode. I didnt have this so emailed Pallex. Daniel at Pallex came back to me quickly giving me the barcode and I tracked the delivery. Today I received a text advising delivery would be within 10:40 to 12:40am, it arrived after 11. This was a kerbside delivery and I was home alone. The driver kindly put the pallet of flooring on my drive in front of my garage. He was kind, courteous and helpful. My only negative with Carpet Warehouse is the gap from order and not being updated,and thus chasing myself. I am however pleasantly suprised by how it all turned out and look forward to the flooring being laid.

Lots to choose from and easy to order was delivered within one week and would definitely recommend to friends and family when they are looking for there next carpets.

#CW123539 I had seen the carpet and had wanted the colour and carpet warehouse was the only place that had the length I needed. I ordered it and it arrived exactly as agreed and bought into the house. I have had it laid and I am very happy with the colour and quality for a very competative prive including the delivery. It arrived in plenty of time for family coming for christmas and made the house more cosy

I ordered a few different samples, that arrived very quickly, and more importantly were a decent size. So you could get a good idea of what the product looked like. Which was one of the reasons I placed the order for my flooring

Delivery arrived late so no time to unroll, check and fit carpet before going away for Christmas. After Christmas when we did unroll it, we found a large, dirty stained area on the carpet. We took photos of it for Carpet Warehouse and then managed to swivel the fitting so that the stain sits under a wardrobe and we fitted it. Despite the lateness of the order and the stain, no compensation at all from Carpet Warehouse as we breached their policy of reporting problems within 48 hrs. This is DESPITE our explanation as to why we couldn't unroll and check it within the timeframe due to the late delivery. Poor customer service and we won't use Carpet Warehouse again...
