Poor service, Unorganised company
Gave Carpet Warehouse 4 stars for their great products and fair prices. Ordering was simple, and the quality of the carpet is excellent. However, the delivery process needs some improvement – there were delays, and communication could have been better. That said, the team was helpful and resolved any issues when contacted. Would definitely recommend and use them again!
