I ordered and paid for an 11 x 4 piece although received a 10.4 x 4 piece. We were updated with the delivery time via an email alert which was helpful. Due to a storm though, we were unable to attend for the delivery and we had to pay for the delivery to be attempted on a different day.
I am still waiting for the sample at the second time of asking.
Terrible service unhelpfull staff didnt deliver no correspondence regarding this. No one ever called back. Libe chat is a joke. Over all bad experience
Order processed promptly BUT NEVER delivered within delivery slot confirmed. They got in touch a week later trying to deliver!!! I had to re-book the fitters few times at a cost. On top of lousy delivery service, when I tried to cancel the order completely due to store incompetence and unprofessional approach I was told I will incur a 50% cutting fee and a £50 return fee!!! Shocking experience. Avoid like a plague!

Ordered vinyl flooring and carpet underlay. The delivery note said both items would be delivered. Only received the vinyl flooring. Tried to get through on the phone but their system kept disconnecting so sent an email. Got a reply pretty quickly form someone saying the underlay delivery would be done with another courier and they would contact me once the delivery is scheduled. Emailed again a couple of days later and no reply. It all feels like a bit of a scam. I'll never order anything from them again. They even lie on their website claiming they have excellent Trust Pilot reviews where in fact, the overall Trust Pilot score when checked on the Trust Pilot webiste says Average. Even when clicking on the Trust Pilot logo on the Carpet Warehouse website, it takes you to their internal sub-page, instead of the Trust Pilot site - Trading Standards should take a look closely at their practice!
Good value for money and good delivery
We were under delivered on an order, we ordered 3 lengths including one that was 11x4 and when the fitter unfurled the roll it was only 10x4. Carpet warehouse have refused to refund for the 4 x1 metres they didn't put on the roll. They say we should have checked it(it was delivered to our first floor landing) and then we couldn't have the money they have stolen from us as the carpet width had to be cut down to get it to the second floor. We don't want to return the carpet we just want to only pay for what was delivered. We have been fraudulently over charged for goods not dispatched. They tell you not to book a fitter until the carpet is delivered and them claim you have to have checked the rolls within 48 hours of delivery. I am disabled and my husband is partially blind. They are cheats and fraudsters, do not buy your carpet from them. They stick to their fixed replies and don't listen to reason. If they steal 4m from every customer that's a nice little profit

Ordered a carpet, three weeks later I still hadn’t received it, so I requested a refund to be told I would only get 50% back ! After a few emails back and forth I managed to get a full refund but would not recommend ordering from this company

I couldn’t make up my mind which colour/style I wanted so I ordered free samples to help me decide. They arrived quickly and I finally decided on the correct flooring, I ordered it and it was delivered within a few days it was delivered with care and placed in a room of my choice. Order CW128527 I ordered some vinyl From here. The team were really helpful with any questions I had, the vinyl is stunning and such good quality. The price was really reasonable too. I will definitely be ordering again next time I need flooring.
I recently ordered a couple of samples. After a week they still hadn't arrived so I contacted the team. I had a response and apology almost immediately, it turned out that Royal Mail had lost the samples. Carpet Warehouse sent out 2 more samples the next day ref #CW128119 and they arrived very quickly. I was impressed with the customer service and with the samples themselves. I've now placed an order for a floor with them as well.
#CW119830 I needed a good selection of samples as I am renovating a house. The wool samples both look and feel excellent, and are great value for money. I only wish they had more colours, like a golden hey tone, to compliment period houses. UPDATE: The amazon £5 gift card offer works. It takes a week to receive one.
