We had an entire house to carpet on a budget so went here. The prices were very cheap, but the quality of the carpet was fantastic we were every happy with what we got and the communication was on point delivering it exactly when we needed it.

Advised carpet dispatched on 30th December 2024. Delivery due w/c 6th January 2025. Chased carpet delivery 10th January. Given multiple excuses. Asked for money back which elicited response of delivery the w/c 13th January. Finally received carpet 14th January. Carpet and underlay good. Not happy with delayed delivery and platitudes

Carpet Warehouse are great, they provide afforable, quality carpets, with excellent delivery. If you are looking to install yourself this is my go to carpet store. Nothing negative other then my order on the 26th of October had issues with the courier. refused to do what I paid extra to have them do and caused alot of stress for me. other then that I've ordered multiple times from carpet warehouse with no issues. and customer service sorted that out for me promptly. #CW118500

So after my awful review the other day, it's got worse. I can literally rip the lino like a piece of paper. It's been down for 3 days and I've just moved my washer..... Now there's a huge rip in the lino just from moving the washer. Never buy from this company! Luckily I found a local that sells for the half the price and much better quality.
