The role of carpet was delivered in a Luton van, they folded the roll in half to transport and the folding has left creases in the carpet which is noticeable now it’s layed.
Customer service was excellent. Prices are fair and decent unlike other companies overpricing. I am ordering again for sure.

Nice vinyl, glad it was on sale as I’d be annoyed at the quality at full price. The thing that let them down was delivery. Why hold on to a ready cut order for a week and use a delivery service that delivers goods outside the time frame.
I am looking for a new carpet, and sending for samples, and find the company sends samples quickly and of a decent size to get a proper idea of what would look good.
I placed an order and subsequently cancelled the next day before my order was dispatched. I was told on the phone the order has been cancelled and a refund has been issued which will take 3 - 5 working days to reach my bank account. I also received email confirmation from Carpetwarehoue of cancellation. However, after waiting for 5 working days, the refund was not received in my account. I rang them again only to find out that the refund was not even issued. Had I not checked my bank statement, I would not have known the refund hasn't been received and Carpetwarehouse would have kept my money for free! I was not given any explanation as to why the refund was not issued when I was told clearly at the time of cancellation that it has been issued! I would not conduct business with them again! It looks dodgy.
Ordered a carpet and paid in full. Still waiting over a week later for delivery. I had to chase it up to be told it was delayed for another week. I asked for a cancellation and refund to be told I would only get 50% back. I have a feeling I have been scammed. I certainly would not recommend this company and if there is any more delays will be raising a dispute with my bank. Not professional at all.
They delivered a ripped roll of vinyl then send a replacement and hasn’t shown up on time of the confirmed delivery date
Everything went wrong. Thank you for ruining my week and asking for unpaid days off work. Zero delivery information at the time of payment. Afterwards only false and unbiased information. Truly a lousy service. I lost a lot of money on it because I trusted probably bogus reviews

I have used carpet warehouse twice, once for carpet and most recently for vinyl, both products were very good value for money, the delivery was quick and efficient, I received notifications every step of shipping and delving, you also get a text with a time slot the day before delivery for you to confirm or rearrange. My most recent purchase 2 door dividers were missing, I emailed carpet warehouse and received a quick reply saying they would sort out the missing items and get back to me a few hours after that I had a text with my delivery options and they will be here tomorrow, so from the time of me emailing to get help with missing items to it being sorted out and me receiving missing items it will be well under 48 hours. Great products and great, prompt customer service.
Although I had received messages stating item had been dispatched purchase was let down by delivery company used, arrived outside of given dates, was promised a message from delivery company within 48hrs, it was over 72hrs. I was also unable to contact them with emails being returned unable to deliver
