Ordered stock vinyl, date of delivery was confirmed. Carpet Warehouse failed to deliver and were unhelpful They promised to call back several time but didn't. We asked our credit card company to suspend payment as they would not cancel. They even said they would charge us a 50% surcharge for cutting the piece. Unbelievably bad, suggest you avoid

Delivery was appalling I order for the second time as the first time the men ripped it and the same men came the second time I asked them not to bend the flooring they was rude and told me they was leaving it on my door step baring in mind i had ordered 12 ft flooring and they was just very very rude. Do not recommend as getting the product is hassle.
I placed my sample order on 20th of October and followed up with an email after nearly two weeks with no response. I called yesterday, and a strange person took my name and order number, promising to call me back in 10 minutes. It's now been 2 days, and still no word. This is unacceptable. If you're unable to fulfill sample orders, don't offer them

Door bars sent were the wrong colour and scratched. Wrong floor spray sent and floor had big fold in which my fitter struggled to get out. My emails have been ignored.
Update 19/11/24 Gave a second 4 day time slot for delivery and failed to deliver,absolute scammers,avoid at all costs. ------------‐-------- Not good so far,time slot for delivery of 4 days given 7 days after purchase,do you not understand people work and need to organise being home,going to cancel order if it takes any longer.asked for feedback even before I got a delivery date. Reply- I wished I'd of read the the reviews of this company as this seems to be a very common problem,I won't hold my breath with it arriving within 9 days. Update- What a Surprise, had an email this afternoon saying my delivery has been been delayed due to a problem,really are a joke of a company
The company and distribution contractors had issues with the delivery address and I was charged £20 for rescheduling. Once the lino was delivered it arrived without the spray adhesive I had also ordered and paid for. I won't be using this supplier again.

Order was scheduled to be delivered between the 8th and 12th November 2024. So far no advice as to when this carpet may arrive and its now passed the schedule period.
Totally disgusted with this company waited 12 days on a carpet, which was said delivery 2/3 days, then when I chased it up they said sorry about delay and would have to wait another 2 weeks, but had I not of chased it up they still would not of contacted me
