So far I have had to do everything myself on your website so it is very difficult to say how you have done as I don't even have a delivery date yet. Also when paying for the carpet you give an option for 2 person delivery to second floor. Then the order confirmation says first floor. So I tried to look on your website but the delivery link didn't work. I contacted you and was told delivery info is on your website, I did explain that the link wasn't working. I have now been told it's ground floor only. So I have given one star as I can't give zero stars and all of the conflicting information.

Forever to deliver, then lost the carpet but not the underlay. Now it's now late and still no sign of it.

All good with ordering but not received yet therefore can’t fully coment

The ability to track delivery is poor, for example Amazon tells you the items history from being accepted to being processed. When expected date of delivery, date of dispatch and out for delivery

£20 for a delivery that's taken longer than a week! Seems abit of a money maker over cheaper products then blame their suppliers. £20 postal should be next day!

Quick and good delivery

Carpet took forever to arrive there were no updates on delivery times and they finally arrived at 7.30 pm with no apology.

The carpet it self is great for the price. Was abit peeved with the delivery company you use. I paid extra for 2 man instead of kerb side to have the 2 rolls taken upstairs yet they dumped it in the hall way, trying to claim they couldn’t get it up the stairs.

There was a delay in my carpet being delivered which resulted in me having to cancel fitters twice, had my carpet fitted today and there is a fault in the carpet which has a line running through all my carpet on my landing something I'm not happy at all with

£900 carpet arrived half of it not wrapped up foot marks on it contacted the seller there was no denial of the way the carpet turned up I couldn’t believe there response they suggested I use soapy water to clean it as it was on the underneath will not be using this company again or recommending them they refunded £75 without me even being able to decline it.

This was the first time ordering from Carpet Warehouse. The price was great, saving me £310 in total compared to the shops. I will definitely be buying again. Thank you.

I have ordered carpet from here before with no problems at all. I had one room left to do a recently ordered some for my last room which cam rolled up so the back of the carpet is showing and wrapped up in plastic bag thing. Which I was happy with. So got my carpenter round to lay it in my room. When I went to check on it. It wasn’t the one I ordered. I got a different carpet which was black and thin. I paid for a totally different one which was thicker and a lot nicer and I’m pretty sure my one was more money as this one was like paper where it’s so thin. So I contacted customer services and they said there’s nothing they can do to help. It’s in there t&c that once carpet is cut that’s it. Which yes I understand but So I think it’s unfair I have paid for my carpet and got something totally different which is definitely a lot cheaper. Where I haven’t had any troubles before I didn’t even think about opening and checking the carpet. I just the the carpetner crack on with it. It has taken me a long time to save up to get my carpets done. Then I got and get a carpet I didn’t order up which wasn’t nice at all. Then no one will help me. Unfair I have most definitely paid more for another carpet then stuck with this horrible one. I just feel like crying. Being a single mum isn’t easy to afford to save and pay for a carpet. So you can imagine how I feel and my daughter feels with her black carpet and no one will help

Really helpful on the phone. Put my order in and it was dispatched within 48 hours. Then the courier delivered within 48 hours so very speedy, cannot fault the service. Haven’t had the flooring laid yet but looks so nice, exact same colour as the pictures

Fantastic and great price

Don’t order if it’s time sensitive. We ordered on the 9th November. Dispatched and delivery date confirmed between 20th-22nd, with 24 hours notice to be given prior to delivery. After chasing multiple times they confirmed on the 24th that the carpet had not dispatched for delivery as underlay was out of stock. Asked for carpet to be sent on its own and arrived 26th November. Communication very poor. Carpet its self is fine.

Literally will never buy from cw again. Took two weeks to deliver my flooring, and that was after they tried sending me half the width I ordered, which then cost me an extra £97 to correct thier mistake. The ordering function on their website has a glitch i only discovered from speaking to family who had the same issues, if you change the dimension of either width or length their website sets the other back to its minimum length. So I ordered and paid for 4 metres by 11 and they were going to send 2 metres wide instead. Cost me over 300 in the end for the cheapest vinyl they do, with delivery and 2 cans of glue spray. It's the worst flooring I've ever had for splitting as it was laid, never had such issues before. Delivery guy was obnoxious and arrogant, not cw fault admittely but it didn't add to my experience. Then if you want them to put the flooring even an inch inside your front door they charge you an extra £10 delivery fee. As I say, I'll never buy from them again.
