Shirley was so rude and inconsiderate. I’m looking into paying off my car in advance. So I wanted to see if you did trade-ins or am I better off taking my business elsewhere. She completely jumped to the conclusion that I just wanted to trade in my car for a new one, before paying it off. And proceed to say “I’ve got a long time before then” I will definitely be paying my car off and bringing my business elsewhere.

We had to wait almost three hours and they broke the drivers door handle and they changed the locks on the door and did not give us the new keys for the door so we were locked out for fours and then were told by car hop that they could not pay us back the 150.00 we had to pay to get new door keys. It took over a month to get our money back only because I was going to call my lawyer. Will NEVER go there again!!

The experience was ok but for the vehicle im buying is way 2 much!! Blue book value is less then 6000 n thats NOT what im paying for mine n it has alot of miles on it!! I got taken advantage of!! I guess they r right when they say females get taking advantage of!!!

DON'T GO TO THE CARHOP IN INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, Worst place ever, nothing but problems with the vehicle from day 1. Then, about a year ago, my son was in a car accident, due to inclement weather and a faulty vehicle, totalled the vehicle, contacted our insurance company and they asked for the title. When I called carhop to get the title so my insurance company could pay them, they said that they sent us the title. When I explained that we never received it, at first they said they would get us a duplicate, then a few months later, when we called to ask again for the title, they denied ever saying they would get us a duplicate. Called the main headquarters phone number, they got a hold of the branch manager with me on the line and the branch manager told them that she would get me a duplicate title, still waiting, I have been going around and around with Jeremy and the branch manager for almost a year now, and it is still not resolved. You would think that they would want the money from the insurance company, wouldn't you?

Well we decided to see if we could get a bigger car during our 7 day return option. Wow talk about being treated 100 percent diffrent. Phil was a compleat jerk tonight talked down to us like we were scum for bothering them and not being greatful . They offered to put us into an aveo from a trailblazer , fair comparison... Not And I mentioned the fact of the issues the tb had and he came back with a major attitude of well your not happy do let's just rewind the deal and part ways and it will be a week plus to get your downpayment back. When I told him I still have two days to make the decision his attitude got even worse and he spouted off "WELL IF YOU DONT LIKE IT NOW 2 DAYS WONT CHANGE IT" and pretty much demanded the keys. Then I said according to the contract we still have two days and it was " I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU" luckily I know he can't do a thing unless we don't pay our payments. It's amazing how diffrent they treat you after they have to man up to there agreement. Nothing but another Dan Nelson auto here. . Even by there own contract the exchange is for a similar vehicle, an aveo is no where close to a trailblazer. Honestly we though maybe the reviews were lies but they are not . Update the post below from car hop is a normal automated reply , I did speak to there district manager and basicly it's either the trailblazer or the aveo or nothing . There "warranty " is only on drive train and safety things like the abs are electric so they don't cover them . thank God I can fix my own cars but I feel bad for those who can't. There dm did apologize for the way the store manager treated us but have yet to hear it from the store manager and in all honesty I don't expect one and they kept saying how he called in favors to get us into the truck to begin with and that's why he was probably upset. I can't believe they think people fall for that crap in today's world.
