There was only one person working the day we went to get a car/truck. So it took longer but he was efficient and was also helping others as they came in.

The customer service was good and the experience, but I'm not happy with the vehicle that I purchased. I don't understand how their qualifications work, but I qualified for a 2013 Nissan Versa that drives weird and not a 2012 Chevy Malibu. Not sure how that works.

This is my 3rd experience with car hop I truly appreciate the help and service from the finance team. I was involved in an accident that totaled out my car and the other party did not have insurance. The finance team helped into another vechical within a couple of days of the final judgement. The sales team got me into a very nice 2008 Hyundai van. Five days into the new vechical called to let the store manager that I could not afford to have the other vechical towed to car hop and let him know that the check engine light has come on in the new van. He said he would have the car towed or I could have the van fixed. That's where my disappointment came in when I am spending $8000 on a van and have had a perfect payment record I don't think I should be putting any more money into the van after 5 days of having it in my possession.

After being treated poorly at a big box dealership, I was apprehensive when arriving at Carhop simply because I was tired of hearing "No." We were treated with respect and concern by the staff and felt no judgement whatsoever. I am pleased with the vehicle we are purchasing, my only complaint is that it is in need of cleaning -- even a vacum job would have made a big difference. We found bank deposit slips from the previous owner as well as garbage under the seats. All in all, this was a positive experience.
The staff was nice, respectable, and understanding. I will be back to make another purchase.

Carhop resurrected my credit score! Nicole at the Sacramento location, helped me get into my first car through Carhop when I was really struggling. She did a great job and she goes above and beyond to help get you into something. Just went back for my upgrade and I am extremely satisfied! People must keep up with the maintenance of their car in order to have reliable transportation. Its been great!
