When my wife and I first bought r car was a experience but then the carhop in r state closed and we could not trade the car in then after 2 years of never being late or missing a payment we decided to look into buying another vechicle we ended up getting the vechicle from carhop bought out and got into a brand new 2018 Jeep we were very excited at first we figured the report on r credit report wld b a gd standing well that was not the case when we checked r report carhop reported the account closed not paid in full which in stead of helping r credit it lowered it because it looks like we just closed the account but it was paid in full so I contacted carhop and they said we had to make a written request to their other division to get it changed which we fealt was ridiculous since in over 2 years we was never late or missed a payment so I can not give the company itself a GD review but the sales woman Sandra was very GD but please keep a eye out when u pay your vechicle off mite hurt your credit instead of helping it.

I was treated with the respect. They explain everything to me even if I said could you repeat that or could you explain it a different way they did. I would recommend anybody they need to car to go to CarHop because they do treat you with respect and they try their hardest to get you in a car.

As of now I rate 5 stars. Jean was VERY helpful, and I got a nice and dependable (hopefully) car. I only say as of now and hopefully because I've only had the car 2 days now. I would definitely reccomend CarHop to any one who' has credit issues. They will really work with you and your payments will fit your budget.

I keep on getting the battery error, when I put gas in the car yesterday, the check engine came on, the light in the trunk is just hanging down, the cigarette lighter is not working, I need for this to work , so I can charge my phone. So I am not happy with these things at, I really shouldn't have any issues with this car at all, I only had it for 2 days. Oh my trade in was only worth $50.00,my Dad paid $28, 000.00 in 2005 , so I feel I was robbed big time. Not happy about this at all.:(

I would give a 10 if it was possible. Everybody at Carhop was nice, respectful, interested in your needs and wants. Was not treated as if they just wanted to make a sale My salesperson was Bruce. Very calming demeanor, listened to what you wanted and what you needed. I wasn't satisfied with the first car and he did his best to make sure that didn't happen again. I purchased the second car he showed me because he listened to my wants and went out of his way to make that happen. I would and will recommend their service. Thank you all at Carhop and Shenna and I are still waiting for the wine guys. Make it happen! I just want to come back and hang out ! Thank you for making my day. One last thing I would like to add, Shenna and I apologise if I am spelling that wrong, does not get the credit or recognison she deserves. And I'm not talking about the men in the office, their awesome. Having worked in Customer Service over 30 years, and observing what she does and showing the care for her customers, and not complaining about situations she was dealing with on the calls to make sure everything was handled properly, maybe upper management needs to appreciate and show a little more respect in her work ethics.
