Person I called in and talked to was nice but knew very little; not helpful at all. Signing up was easy; finding a provider on your website was not. Ended up just calling various dentists I knew to see who accepted Careington. Your business would be much better if you keep your provider list updated with who actually accepts your discounted services program.

Simple to enroll
I found that signing up was very easy and intuitive. However, I am baffled that it has to take days to "approve" me for this insurance. I signed up on Monday and now on Friday I am still waiting for your vetting to be completed, whatever it could possibly include.
Customer service was great kind of easy to switch over only thing you don’t get to special enrollment code unless you cancel your existing membership and start a new one Wish there was a way just to keep the same account number and get credited the bonuses for monthly discount or you have to cancel and re-sign up every year
I haven't received my membership email yet. It has been over 72 hours. I had to delay my dentist appointment for another month.
Saving money
Did not observe differences between 500 plan and 500 POS plan even with comparison. Called 800 # and advised needed information. After joining dental plan did not discover a way to close out of website other than closing internet connection.
