I have been submitting the same claim since May this is now almost October first time wrong address second time need more information third time wrote down everything the agent said and sent it out for a fourth try just called again they said the numbers they needed was missing two numbers. This will be the fifth time sending it out They never contacted me to tell me that stuff was wrong on my application which they should have I go online and I can't even find anything I can't even find my policy.

I called dozens of providers on Careington's list and they no longer took the plan. I then called a Careington representative and she said she'd find an endodontist and email me. I never received any such email. I suggested they have someone on staff call their list and see which providers are still participating in the plan. I doubt they will as they want to have a long list to draw in new people buying the Careington plan. Big waste of money. I'm in the process of requesting a refund.

I received a phone call from a a representative named Kira She was highly intelligent she gave me so much information I was not aware of this is an excellent company that I would recommend to everyone thank you so much for that very enlightening phone call! it pays good on a lot but not everything it's still worth it a lot cheaper than other insurance i have had

the plan is simple. my dentist just takes the discounted price and that's all i pay. the savings pays for the plan.

Wherever I tried my plan for one crown, they told me that they do not cover the crown. One place they told me first that they will accept my plan for crown but the price was twice the plan fee on Careington website. I should say that I tried 3 places that all were in Careington website. Maybe this plan is good for filling or ... but it did not work for me at all for crown. I finally gave up, but I paid money for this plan, adding to my loss.

The discount card was accepted at Comfort Dental Boulder (CO). I had some complex problems and two of the dentists were great; jury still out on the third as complications emerged after he treated me (but, could be coincidental, and I don't like to falsely accuse people). Main problem with Careington is few dentists seem to accept the plan, so my choice was quite limited.

Great option! I don't have insurance and this saved me a ton on health care costs. I was able to find a good provider and received care and savings almost immediately.

Signed up in Feb’22, had work done Oct’22, DDS billed and was told insurance wouldn’t cover until the 10th month of coverage BS Carrington🤬

When I signed up with Careington on April 2022, I know it is a discount dental plan not a dental insurance. I have a very good dentist here who is a member or partner with Careington. So far Careington helps me saved quite a lot with many procedures that I had done. I am very happy with Carerington and I highly recommended.

The first dentist I found tried to overcharge me and I ended up not even getting my teeth clean. Then waiting three months for another appt I got in had X-rays done and scheduled appt to get my teeth cleaned I had to pay 70% of cleaning up front which I did. Then they changed the time of my appt and so I had to reschedule and now can’t get in to a dentist for cleaning until January so the dentists who Careington uses all seem shady. Will see what happens come January

The benefits are great and so was the customer service. It was easy to find a participating provider and I'm already saving money.

The carrington plan is good but it is the dentist that are not using it. I have been going to Aspen Dental for several years and have paid 1600.00 for a crown. Plus another crown came off 4 times in 3 months and every time i went is it was 150.00 for exray and glue. So this last time I found another Carrington dentist and great. The other crown had been all messed up by Apen and so getting a new crown. I went in and they showed me what the cost was 1050.00 and my carrington discount was 200.00. 850.00 what a difference. I would not recomend Aspen they are just out to get your money.

Don't fall for it. It's a shill plan. They offer a Careington and Aetna Dental Access Plan bundled into one. I purchased this. I received one ID card, nothing for the Dental Access. None of the providers on the Careington site that say they accept the Dental Access, will take this card. They insist I only have the Careington, and want me to pay the higher office fees, compared to using the Dental Access.

I needed to get a crown on a tooth. The total bill was $1,480.00. The dentist office estimated that Careington Dental would cover $707.00. THEY ONLY PAID $22.40 ! My monthly insurance premium is double that amount. This company is a sham.

Be aware that some procedure codes are not included. In dentistry a crown is what dental insurance plans hate. For example, most dentists will give you a porcelain crown - the procedure code is D2740 Notice Careington only includes the “fused to high metal crown” - D2750 Thus if they give you a porcelain crown D2740, you will only receive a 20% discount They also have made it a point to find specific procedures dentists use that would not be profitable for Careington, thus they are emitted. There are almost 50 or more procedures that are admitted in the fee schedule. My opinion is it may be helpful if the dentist will actually agree to accept what Careington states is the patient fee. It is my understanding if they can declare that the dentist is in network and still not honor the fee that Careington states you will be charged for.
