I opted for an electronic membership kit and was told I would get it the same day. I needed the information as soon as possible because I had a scheduled appointment. I instead received an email message stating, "you will receive an email to download your kit in 2 to 3 business days." Your company could improve by immediately emailing new clients with his/her membership number. The Careington representative was very pleasant and professional. He explained the program and answered my questions. I'm feeling frustrated because I don't have anything in writing to show the care provider.
I tried to pay with 3 credit cards that had enough room on them and was declined everytime. Had to uae my checking acct. Still dont have my membership number 5 days later and I need it for a dental appointment tomorrow 1/16
