I booked a one day waxing course for me and my daughter in August. The day before the course my daughter slipped and badly injured her wrist, when we arrived she was advised that she was unable to attend the course that day. The course tutor took her to reception to see what they could do. My daughter was told that they would confirm by email the day of the next course for her to attend, which was 17 December. We received no email regarding this and the first notification we received was a phone call on the day saying that they were expecting her. I offered to bring her over straight away but was told that was not possible. I received a phone call today saying it was all our fault that my daughter did not attend, that she knew the date and was never told she would be sent an email and will not be able to re-book this. I will nit be booking another course with Capital.

Do not purchase from this disgraceful company. They falsely advertise on their website, delivering a completely different item than ordered (as per item image on website and in confirmation email), and are quick to take your money but are completely unhelpful when it comes to providing a refund so that I can purchase the correct item elsewhere. They have left me in a very difficult situation as I needed the item for next week and refuse to provide the refund in store (however will accept a return in store?!?) so that I can order from elsewhere in time for next week. I cannot afford to purchase again while I wait for them to provide my refund. They have greatly inconvenienced me and take no responsibility for their error. Extremely unhelpful. Don't waste your money or precious time. Never again!
