I order items regularly and the service is always quick. Whenever I've had a problem with an item they are really helpful and often replace it without question.
Some of the items sent to me by home delivery seem to of been the cheapest make Capital can find !! E.G. nail files, finishing wipe pads. I tried to take them back to the actual shop to complain but was told you will have to send them back by way of how you bought them! So I am very weary of what I buy on line from Capital.
Alway had great delivery till my last order with can with parcel force and DPD I had a message saying was on the way and a time but didn't show up . I had customers I had to cancel as no products turned up a day late
