No exchange, free return or refund. This company is something I would call FRAUDULENT. DO NOT ORDER as if you aren't happy with the product received they will not refund you the money, alleging the product has been used when it HAS NOT. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

I have been using capital Hair and beauty for all of my colour, accessories and styling stock/product needs for years! The website is easy to use, the packing and delivery is perfect every time and the prices are competitive and fair. I recommend this company to everyone in the industry, there really is everything available and delivered quickly. The communication via email is great, no annoying promotional emails constantly blocking up my emails just genuine deals and notifications for VAT free days.
The ordering process was nice and easy and was dispatched quickly however the delivery through parcel force was awful. I ordered on a Friday and was told my parcel would be with me on the Monday, it got to Monday and no delivery the same with Tuesday and Wednesday got a text saying my parcel would be with me that day and no delivery once again. I called on the Wednesday wanting to know what was going on as when I called on the Tuesday evening I was told they don’t know why my parcel wasn’t delivered, I then called on the Wednesday and was told that it was due to agency drivers not knowing the route I was told that the company I ordered from could claim back any fees but I got free delivery so was pointless advise. I would definitely use capital again and I will be attending a course in a few weeks but will collect any future delivery’s from now on.
