The order arrived promptly but one box of two was damaged and had to be returned. The problem was resolved after a few days.
only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is i would prefer the boxes packed out with recycling material otherwise happy with service .

Sent an email regarding an enquiry about the VAT for a recent purchase 3 times and had no answer. The VAT free days are not made very clear with what is VAT free and what is not, been caught twice with this so called deal. Awful customer service!
