Everything fine

We purchased outlets, dimmer switches, toggle switches and detail kits. Our experience with B+P line of electrical outlets and switches has been frustrating. We have already had to replace (3) $70 dollar dimmer modules because they fail. The dimmer modules also are very slow and inconsistant with catching the on/off dimm/light signals. You often have to push in the dimmer more than once to get them to catch and rhen they are slow to dim/bright the light. The toggle switches break off easily too. I'm now back on this website to purchase and replace yet another broken brand new product that was literally installed 5 months ago. I ordered a couple of dimmer switches from another company to compare the quality because of all the issues we have had with the B+P modules. There is actually no comparison as the other companies dimmer switch quality is so much better. I wish I hadn't spent thousands on all this trash B+P product. I'm slowly, um quickly, swapping out switches since about one per month is breaking. Unfortunately the B+P detail caps are also expensive garbage. They look nice but 50% of the time the screws that they are supposed to sit on don't catch them, are the wrong depth so they don't work, or the deail caps just fall off! You spend $30 for this and it is not even reliable or functional. The last issue is that B+P Plate covers only work with B+P modules. This means I can not even upgrade their trash modules and keep the expensive plate covers. I literally have to keep buying B+P modules and switches as they break and/or fail to avoid the expense of buying new plate covers or I'll have to spring for making the switch over to the new company that I've vetted and know has beautiful, quality products that are built to last.

Kirsty provided the best service to help me with my large buster+punch order over the holidays. Although the module piece plastic broke during installation, she ensured we got our replacement and kept communicating throughout. I appreciate her help throughout the ordering process. Thank you, Erik

Alex Dagnall provided the most top-notch, knowledgeable, and effective customer service I have probably ever received. It was great to speak with someone with an indepth understanding of the product and methods of troubleshooting the issue with our light switch. Alex's explanations and help resolving the problem has restored our faith in Buster & Punch and we are back to considering replacing all our light switches and outlets to your brand, as we originally planned two to three years ago.

Every product I have ordered from Buster + Punch is exquisite. They are pieces of art and very heavy in your hand. The shipping is quick and customer service is excellent. B+P is worth every penny and is the perfect finishing touch to any project.

Extremely responsive and helpful to find a resolution

Buster + Punch were helpful in identifying the issues they had during their sale period. Definitely some work to be done to allow people to purchase what they had in their basket at the price that was promised. I had a few items that went missing or out of stock halfway through the purchasing experience as their website crashed multiple times and the items were not saved. This was both on the mobile and computer.

Unfortunately the product I ordered came broken, but customer service responded in 1 day via email and had already shipped out a new one! I appreciate how quickly they helped me and I cannot wait to receive my new product!
