I had ordered two teardrop shaped LED lightbulbs for a pair of ceiling lights, which were sent out to us very quickly. We very much liked the design of the bulbs, which complemented our ceiling lights perfectly, but found that one bulb was defective. Buster + Punch arranged for a replacement as soon as I let them know of the problem, and both lights now work reliably and look good. Thank you for the superb customer service!
I had been looking at the switch plate covers and when arrived, in stainless steel with brass screws will look amazing installed. Customer service was excellent
This is my 2nd order from B&P, in large part because I needed to replace their low quality plastic toggle modules. The finishes look good, but when you have to replace the entire module (because the narrow plastic thread between the module the metal toggle shears off with normal use), it’s a huge pain. I made sure to order extra modules since I expect others to break shortly. I shudder to think about how often I’d have to swap out toggles if I had kids in the house. This property is already committed to the B&P platform but next time I’ll probably try a competitor with better durability like The Brass
