The bottles I ordered were delivered on time, and I received what I ordered. I thought that the order could have been packaged better; for example, the 4 boxes with 12 bottles each were not sealed, and some bottles fell out into the larger box. Also, a smaller box for the 4 individual boxes would have allowed a minimum of packaging material to be added—I wish you would discontinue the use of styrofoam packaging, as it is not recyclable and is difficult to dispose of. The bottles were reasonably priced, but the shipping cost was quite high.

We have been doing business with Burch Bottle for several years and find their services great. We received several damaged packages due to mishandling during shipment, and they have been quick to rectify the problem.

Honestly, I'd give you a 10/10 on ordering and product. However, the packaging was a nightmare. I had a VERY small order. The box comes, and it was HUGE!! I said to my guys, "this has to be a mistake..." We opened this huge box, and two small boxes perfectly packaged were sitting in TWO FULL CONTRACTOR SIZE GARBAGE OF FOAM PEANUTS!!! It literally took us over 20 minutes to open: 2 minutes to find 2 boxes and 2 baggies of caps and retainers....then 18 minutes to handle, bag, and deal with what can only be described as about 20 times the packaging you needed. EVERY other wholesaler I deal with has gone away from "peanuts" of any kind because of the time needed for the customer to handle, and gone to "bubble-wrap" or even recycled brown shread-paper. PLEASE consider our handling time and look closely at your shipping departments use of an INCREDIBLY oversided box and TONS of very hard to handle peanuts. Your ONLY flaw in my "experience". I have pics if you are interested.
