This is the third shipment of the polystyrene honeycomb boxes. The quality of the product is/was very good for each of the purchases . Product pricing is good also, though shipping cost mitigates some of this benefit. The problem is the quality of the shipping/packaging. The first shipment (4" x 4"squares) experienced 6 broken/cracked boxes out of 100. The second shipment ( 2" x 4" boxes) was packaged much better with a box within a box and some insulation between boxes. So far, none of these items have been damaged but I have only gone through a third of them. The third shipment (4" x 4" again) was packaged like the second shipment. So far I have gone through about a dozen and found one broken. I will be going through about 50 or 60 more in the next few weeks so will have a better view at that point. I expect, based on the improved packaging, that it should be better than the first shipment.
Easy to order, and the bottles are always perfectly packaged so they arrive with no flaws, breaks, etc.

The web page is very well laid out my jars are easy to find they even give you recommendations on lids to fit them. They arrive well packed and on time. I have never had any thing broken. I love these candle jars. The thing I don't like is the shipping cost so I try to only order once a year.
I bought 1 pound honey bottles. It was helpful that they had bottle cap options right on the same page as the bottles. I only wish they had 2 pound plastic honey bottles.
