Burch Bottle uses UPS which has drivers incapable of reading addresses. My order was delivered to the wrong address. Best to switch to another carrier which requires their drivers to SLOW Down and deliver it right the first time. It'll save you claims money in the long run

This is first time ordering from Burch. Needed 2, 4 and 6 oz glass jars. They have a very good price so decided to give a try. Opted for UPS Ground shipping. When box arrived I was a little disappointed. Side of box was torn open and taped back over I am assuming from UPS. Burch uses dissolving environmental packing peanuts which I am totally on board with but when shipping glass I am not sure it’s the best option but total understand trying to be enviro conscious. Luckily I haven’t found any cracks or breaks which does surprise me with the box looking like it did. This is not a fault of Burch. I am happy with my products, the price and the turn around time.

I had a problem with cashing out and couldn’t figure out why the site wouldn’t let me. I called the company and actually got to talk to a real person! She explained to me that it was a little confusing and I wasn’t the only person that had a question about it and told me exactly what to do. I received the bottles for my maple syrup in a week and it was cheaper than buying them from anywhere else even with the shipping. I will also be ordering canning jars from them because the prices are great even after the shipping! This is my new favorite company for bottles and jars.
