Burch Bottle and Packaging is excellent. The Pepper Princess is a small Business making artisanal Jellies and Jams. As such we need a good source for jars and Burch fits the bill perfectly. Even though in comparison our orders are pretty small (10/20 cases of Jars at a time) to their bigger customers we are treated with the same top notch service. ordering is quick and easy and the order is out on its way to us usually within 48 hours of submission. You can't beat that type of customer service. 5 stars all day!
Placing order was easy. I will use this company again in the future. However, my box was almost totally destroyed when delivered. The shipping company had to retape the box. My merchandise was not damaged as far as I could see.

The only bad thing I have to say, is that I was missing a jar, just 1 single jar out of 4 cases. I call customer service and they sent me another 1 to fix my problem. I just received it yesterday. The girl that helped me was very helpful and easy to talk to.
Bowed to the delivery company and tried to charge me $168 extra dollars for deliver. How can you unload 60 boxes of glass in a soaking thunderstorm... You tell me?
