Great overall experience. Love the product offerings. Shipping price is a little on the high side.

Shipping is already crazy, and now my bottles went from 4.50 a case to 6.50 a case. I called and was told it was because of tariffs. So just the 1 style bottle went up almost 50% while the regular woozy bottle remained at 4.50. You would think all the bottles would go up 10% or so. Average it across all bottles... nope. So "tariffs" being the only reason I got, doesn't seem valid.. It's a shame, I've gone through you guys exclusively for a few years now. Edit.. besides the shipping, I've always been happy. But man..

I ordered my candle vessels and lids once I received them most of my lids were crushed because they packed below the vessels so the weight and handling must've crushed and bent them up

Fast Shipping thank you. Save a bit of time as well with caps already having pressure seals installed. I wish shipping wasn't too crazy I would have bought more :( You should also stock some 3lb and 6lb containers :)

Every once in a while I need a very small number of a particular size/shape bottle for gifts of limoncello. There are loads of plastic ones available but very few good, solid glass bottles with screw tops, not corks. Burch Bottle carries exactly what I like and has them in stock at the best price. Then they are well packaged and shipped immediately. It's a very small order, but for me Burch Bottle cannot be beat.
