The customer service agent online was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction to match up bottles with the proper lids. The bottles came within a reasonable timeframe and they are thick and high quality.
The pricing is solid, and the jars arrive fairly quickly, which is much appreciated. Unfortunately, time and again, the boxes are overloaded and under taped, and tend to arrive smashed open, leaving me cleaning piles of packing peanuts sprawled around the building. Customer service will send a message to the warehouse, but nothing changes.
Ordering was easing and my bottles were shipped quickly and arrived on time.

The product--lids--is pretty great. But one of my three cases was pretty badly damaged, although the lids seem to be okay.
