Prompt and timely delivery

After paying $56.16 for shipping, I was highly disappointed to discover 13 broken 4x4 square comb honey boxes. Fortunately, the box of 2x4 rectangular boxes was well packed with foam padding inside a bigger box and survived shipping. The square boxes, however, had no buffer between the tightly packed, brittle plastic boxes and the single cardboard box. The box was not prominently marked as Fragile, either. Shippers had bumped two corners, fracturing some boxes outright and driving some down onto the ones below, splitting them. I tediously unpacked and repacked all 200 boxes looking for damage, but didn't look at individual lids. Adding the average cost of shipping to each box, I paid $21.40 before tax for broken boxes. Burch Bottle should pack their products well enough to survive normal shipping bumps and thumps, especially for the exorbitant price of shipping.

No prior orders show separate order or item number for corks. Yet, this order when fired did not show up with the bottles, I was told they are a separate item to order. Then why didn't my previous orders (that I directly reordered from show this item to reorder it??? Very very disappointed.
