great strimmer let down by the tiny lead not much of a problem for me have too use an extention lead anyway .

Quality assurance from the factory very poor, but service from the UK distributor very good. First lawnmower delivered had jammed height adjustment. Replacement delivered the next day, but this one had defective handle clamp; another replacement delivered the following day and works well. Service from the UK distributor was very good, but product quality assurance from the factory clearly not what you would expect of a reputable German manufacturer. No evidence of a quality check.

I have reviewed elsewhere the appalling delayed delivery by Yodel even thou the confirmation email states shipping was next day Express 24. When I eventually opened the carton I find it arrives with a completely useless 1foot (30cm) cable! So I still can't use it until I go and buy an extension lead. At £60 I think that is a bit rich! Blaupunkt is not the German company it used to be. The name was bought out in 2011 and is made in China.

Great mower, easy to assemble, cuts the grass with ease, light weight, different height settings depending on what cut you want. Folds down flat for easy storage, 42cm blade which reduces the amount of time you spend cutting your lawn. Arrived on time, very pleased with the overall service & the excellent quality of the Lawnmower. Great company , I would definitely recommend.

Well built and designed. I've only used the mower and strimmer once but I like what I see and how easy the are to operate. There appear to be rubust and capable of the tasks in hand.

Service very good. Items delivered promptly. Re the extending chain saw, very effective but surprised no chain oil to get you started, plus the power lead is only 18 inches long. As for the hand trimmer, it is what it is. Fine as long as one doesn't expect too much. Taken overall, I'm pleased with my purchases and I would recommend them, hence the 5 stars.

Hedge trimmer great but cord way too short.

Excellent communication and immediate action on a query. Next day free delivery too. This is my second purchase of a garden tool - a pole saw - as I was so impressed with the lawnmower I bought first. Great company, great service and great products. Now, what else might I need ........

Far too early to judge. Why not ask this after a couple of months? My hedge trimmer was only delivered a 3 days ago and I haven't used it in anger yet. Price for spec was what sold it to me, so I hope it lives up to the brand name and is reliable. Only criticism so far is the 3pin square plug on the (1ft) very short lead. I've cut it off and replaced with a proper in-line rubber connector so that I have a safer and lighter connection to my extension lead

Excellent cut and power

Great looking hedge trimmer but the cable is a joke. Most trimmers come with 6-10 metre cables. Blaupunkt trimmers have a cable that can't be more than 30cm. You plug it into your cable reel and then have the cable reel suspended in mid air (unless you don't raise the trimmers more than 30cm from the ground).

Ordered before 1PM and received it next day. Lighter than our previous flymo. Looks and feels well made.6 cutting heights easily adjustable without any effort. Does what it is supposed to do, cut the grass without any hassle and depoit the cuttings in an easily removable collection bin and then finally with quick release catches allows you to fold away the handle for compact storage.

Very good service and an excellent lightweight product - just what I waslooking for
