Great Customer Service. I visited the BP site to order a paint sprayer which turned out to be out of stock,I dropped BP an e.mail asking if they could let me know when the item was back in stock. I received an e.mail back from Maria saying she would check the warehouse they usually keep a few units for replacement of warranties and would let me know if they could help but was quite confident they would .I received an e.mail back saying if I ordered now my paint sprayer had been added to the website,I ordered and received my unit a few days later. What a great customer service representive for this company Maria is,I thought this type of service had died with the web but no GOOD old fashion service thanks Maria
Had an issue with the sander so contacted the company who responded very quickly and identified the issue sending replacement parts that arrived the next day. Great service!
This is a great company to deal with. I had a problem with documentation due to Brexit and they sorted it for me. I purchased an item and a component failed within the guarantee period, I fully expected to get 100 reasons why it was not covered by warranty, the problem was resolved in a timely and friendly matter I cannot praise this company's service enough
The multi tool is just as described feels well made and easy to handle. Have not tried it out fully yet but pleased so far.

I have no doubt that this would have been 5 star in normal times, working from home and internet problems during covid delayed action but there was ongoing action to find replacements and prompt action once problems were resolved.
My order was recalled when the item came into stock, even though it was a while ago. Once ordered, correspondence was swift and efficient. No problems at all.
One day after buying found gun is faulty they still haven’t sent replacement or label to send back . E- mail again to ask for help and need was urgent to finish job still no reply . But recieved e- mail asking for how well they deed . So I m still waiting with no help or contact from them . So I give them 1 star rating ! I hope they replace it or give my monnies back

Disappointed with the Blaupunkt quality. Have the PW7200 pressure washer. In two years I have changed the rubber washers in two separate places already . The pressure hose is also dying just after two years of average use. It is really annoying when you are about to start wash you car and the water starts to come out everywhere but the pressure gun... happened twice... No more Blaupunkt for me, thanks.
