So customer service at Blaupunkt, almost uniquely today when we are used to the cursory lipservice but 'the computer says no', actually means that they are keen to help the customer and they do! Purchased a leaf blower sometime ago and needed replacement bag unable to find anywhere so spoke to a lady called Maria and she quickly sourced one for me and it was delivered the very next day. Would definitely use this company again

BP tools were very quick to respond and to deliver. The website is easy to use and from searching the product to payment, it's not confusing like some of the other website, very smooth, quick and self-explanatory. The product, I ordered for my father we have used the jigsaw many times now, still in good shape. Definitely better than the rest we have purchased in the last few years that cost lest than £100

My Angle Grinder has been used a lot and developed uneven running so i checked the Carbon Brushes and found them almost worn out so i contacted BPTools for two sets of Brushes and they were here the following day unbelievable service ,i am very pleased thank you.
