From ordering a sample to purchasing and having my tiles delivered this company has been a pleasure to deal with. Still to get my tiles down (let down by a local tradesman), but they look lovely & are of very high quality. Everything was packaged well and delivery was prompt & on the day I had selected. Have no hesitation in recommending this company and will likely be ordering from them again in the near future for my next project :)

My 20sqm of Terrazzo Ravello tiles were delivered today. Boutique Stone ensured that any potential problems in getting the tiles up my drive, 50 yards from kerbside, were circumvented by sending a smaller van and their own muscle man as driver. Kenny was great. He unloaded all the tiles in no time at all, refusing to allow me to help, they were too heavy he said, and he was right. Thanks to all at Boutique Stone.

Great service from the team at boutique stone, on hand to answer any questions about the product and with really quick response times. The delivery was on time and with good notifications. We had one tile which was chipped but we didn’t require it in the end so didn’t raise with them, but 48 Hours to check all tiles is quite a short timeframe.

Excellent customer service as I had to get tiles from them at short notice (order I had made with someone else was delayed and going to be too late for install), quick, timely delivery and tiles look great.

And boutique stone came to the rescue, luckily they had I wanted in stock, I explained I needed them quickly as the bathroom refit had already started, I had them within 2 working days. They were also cheaper than the competitor Their customer service was outstanding - can’t thank them enough

Quality tiles, very quick turnaround, however delivery was very expensive considering I only ordered 7 tiles. I think more delivery options required.

Really good customer service and communication which is always appreciated, speedy delivery and I could also choose which day I wanted the delivery which was handy for making sure someone was in to receive it. I will use again as their service feels personal.
