Fabulous quality tiles. Each one is perfect, no chips or damage at all. Our tiler has commented on how great they are to install. They look stunning on the wall.

Tiles are fab! Didn’t get an email or phone call to warn me they were being delivered,so it was fortunate I was at home,delivery men were lovely.

The tiles are of excellent quality, the staff super helpful and the delivery was a very good surprise: the pallet came super well packed, the tiles well cushioned, so I was really impressed with the care preparing the goods. I can not wait until my bathroom is ready - I have all set: it is now up to the builder to get started!

Delivery was extremely slow, over 2 months in total and 7 weeks beyond the delivery date stated at time of purchase. I had to chase 3 times by phone and was told each time that delivery would be ‘next week’. It was also pretty irksome to keep getting your marketing emails, thinly disguised as project advice, whilst waiting. In fairness, your customer support guy, Alex, was always extremely helpful and courteous and seemed genuinely bemused by the delivery issues. Had it not been for him I’d have demanded a refund. Having now received my tiles, I am very happy with them. My instinct is that this was an unusual lapse and, based on the quality of the product and courteous phone support, I will give you the benefit of the doubt.

They are a great company to work with - quick to reply to emails and provide a lot of information and support. My only comment is that their mailing shots are very frequent - I'm sure that this could be refined.

Fabulous five star service & very quick response when I needed to add to my order & arrange an additional delivery! Would thoroughly recommend & use again if I had anything left to tile! Also love my new tiles - great selection & choice I didn’t find with other flooring shops.

I ordered some terrazzo samples from Boutique Stone. It should be noted that it is not real terrazzo - just printed tile. This should be specified on the webpage to prevent confusion

I spent a very long time looking for the right tiles and had a great experience with the team at Boutique Stone. Good information about what was going on and they even managed to get the tiles to me earlier than planned to fit in with our tilers schedule. The tiles, Eccitare Terrazzo Green, were excellent quality as well!

We ordered wall and floor tiles which were just as described. However, we needed some extra wall tiles as we decided to tile a further wall. On contacting Boutique Stone they were more than helpful in making sure we received tiles with exactly the same batch number to ensure a good match. Very helpful staff and quick on delivery.
