Lovely tiles! received in good condition, nothing broken. Didn't get a call/message beforehand about when they will be delivered so i wasn't home when they were delivered. But the delivery guy left the pallet on the driveway on the side so no issues.

Excellent service from the team at Boutique Stone. From original web enquiry on products, receiving samples, ordering all the tiles for the project, through to courier delivery - truly 5 star plus service and great price points too. Order received promptly with great comms on the progress of the order and on the delivery date by the courier, whom also placed the pallet to one side of the driveway which was considerate and not blocking use. I would highly recommend the team at Boutique Stone and we are already planning our next project!!

Great products and customer service, although their packaging for their samples were misleading as they advertised a discount code which no longer exists which is unfair. Despite the “advert” they would not honour the discount due to some tiny small print they referred us to. The products are very high quality however.

Delivery on day as requested, tiles are very well packaged so there was no breakage. They look lovely and good quality. Good experience from this shop! Will post a photo in a couple of months when bathroom is finished.
