As a new customer I am really pleased with the quality of your products and service.
They used Evri, they charged £4.49 For 2 day delivery and used Evri! Another well-known company uses Royal Mail for everything and charges less for delivery and it comes the next day. 5 days after ordering It's still showing a depot somewhere in the UK. I emailed customer service and 2 days later got a reply I have asked and been told I will get a refund (which is good) and they can re-route the item back to them via Evri. I left 1 star as I hate companies that don't advertise the delivery agent, had I seen those dreaded words Evri I would not have ordered in the first place. At this time of year you want to use and tell the customer you have a trusted carrier such as Royal Mail not the cheapest on the block.

The company itself is great although the delivery service is awful. Evri decided it was a good idea to leave my parcel on top of my smart parcel box instead of actually inside it. It got soaked and the parcel split and the contents were on show to my neighbours. Just great.
