Paid for next day delivery came 5 days later told me they had a power cut then it ripped the item first time used not very good

I purchased two lingerie sets. They weren't cheap but I got a discount. The quality of them wasn't great. They were flimsy and had no structure, which didn't make them flattering. One bodysuit looked very different from the photos online too. I understand that a regular human body doesn't look like the models they use, but there was no way this bodysuit would look right, as the proportions were completely off. I also ordered a tingling bucal spray, which, while intense at first, worked as described.
