Product arrived .. tested and didn’t work with batteries provided. Replaced batteries and tested again, worked briefly then killed the batteries. Contacted customer services. Process to return goods is made too complicated. Do not have time to print off returns form as no printer at home. Not a happy customer.

No improvements are required in my opinion. The service is just what customers would expect, from choosing an item through to the courier making the delivery. A user friendly website, and a speedy efficient delivery service.
