The item delivered failed to charge or switch on even after using the USB lead supplied overnight to ensure sufficient time to fully charge. I even swapped the usb lead for one of mine incase the usb lead was faulty. No joy so returned to Bondara following the link online. The returns process was clear and simple and a freepost label was downloaded. Will review again once the replacement item is received.
