Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Terrible delivery partner - lost item, tried to deliver out of hours (past 10pm) Got a gift for a Xmas party as a joke and almost 3 weeks later the item has not arrived (and the party is already gone). Cannot rate the items as I have not received it. After contacting customer services, a replacement of my order is being sent and I feel they have really looked after me.

One of the items received was a rechargeable toy. Its construction quality was very poor with a latex panel on the bottom hanging off out of the packaging with the internal wire structure around the battery exposed. It fails to charge which will be linked to the poor construction/design. Very disappointed as I have ordered a number of times form Bondara previously and not had an issue.

Failed to advise at point of payment that an item was out of stock..still charged for item that won't be back in stock until February 2025!!!! Emailed to clarify and responded 3 days later without even so much as an apology.
