Having several health conditions I thought this would be easier than mop and bucket and oh my word it is. Takes a tad longer but the floor is beautifully clean. It cleans itself which is a bonus. I just make sure it’s all dry afterwards as I live in a hard water area.

I always order direct from Bissell. The prices are very good and the choice of products really varied. With dogs, you need to keep on top of things and Bissell cleaning products really help. Delivery is quick, too. Always very satisfied with the service.

Very good for the price when reduced. Easy to use. Cleans very well. Could have slightly bigger water capacity and be slightly less loud when cleaning. Overall great though
The sweeper was very quickly delivered and after charging worked well however the two little rotary brushes on the outside edges are not driven so are pretty much useless. The sweeper it replaced had driven brushes and I thought the Bissel sweeper would be the same. I bought the unit from Bissel expecting it to be British or at least European made but it was made in China.
Certainly cleans the floors well.
Great service quick delivery
The hose tore on the spot cleaner. It was sent to Bissell repair and came back with a bent pin on the 3-pin plug (it would have taken a lot of force to do this at the repair centre). Bissell collected it again and on return it looks like the pin was bent back with plyers. The plug looks visibly damaged. Now Bissell are saying they need to collect it again (for a third time), as the product was sent to us in a potentially unsafe manner. Little compensation provided for staying in for the product to be picked up x3, delivered x3 and for Bissell sending a potentially unsafe product. The box was sealed and intact and it does not look like the product was damaged in the act of transit. I have already spoken with Bissell supervisor and there is nothing more he can do. ADDITIONAL: BISSELL HAVE CLOSED THE ISSUE WITOUT RESOLUTION.
love the bissel revolution x2 great carpet washer doses the job great but iv accidentally got the cable caught in the brush so some of the rubber of the cable has rubbed away leaving the inner wires exposed 😭 but machine works amazing
I bought the Bissell Crosswave HF2 wet and dry hard floor cleaner yesterday, and it arrived this afternoon—super fast delivery. The HF2 really is a game-changer; I should’ve bought it ages ago. Now, I can keep my floors sparkling clean effortlessly, and no more back pain either. For the price, I’ve no complaints at all. I especially love the self-cleaning feature.
