The Bissell Steamshot makes light work of removing stubborn limescale that liquid products could not shift. I have been able to clean window frames, windows, bathroom, en-suite shower, radiators, doors and skirting boards with more rooms to clean thoroughly. The tools are great and I appreciated the two cleaning cloths which were in the box but not listed as part of the equipment. There are lots of different types of cleaning chores that can be tackled and I have been pleased with the results.

Please do not use this company. Ordered a product they took the £260 and do not deliver the next day. Tried to contact them on the customer help line 03448883355 but no answer all day. Sent two emails and no one calls you back. Appalling customer care

Generally good service all round. Fast despatch and delivery. Kept informed by DPD. Had a query re. Screws. Again polite, friendly service which was immediately sorted and replacement sent out quickly. Works well on dog used carpets

It was a very efficient service. After placing the order for some cleaning fluid, the product was delivered within a couple of days.

I bought the bissell crosswave to make life a bit easier and cleaner with two babies and I cannot believe the difference between this and a regular manual mop. You can literally see and feel the difference in how clean the floors get and it’s so quick and easy to use. Highly recommend, I’ve already talked a couple of family members into getting one 🙌 Haven’t needed any customer service support. Review is purely on the product.

I have just used my new Bissell pet pro heat cleaner. I was cautious on ordering one because we have had a few cleaners and was not impressed. However I can say how great the bissell cleaner along with the bissell solution it cleaned the carpets in one go. I so very impressed. And would highly recommend the bissell products

One star is too much we sent a BISSELL steam and vac which was still in warranty which they then replaced at least four times with refurbished ones with different faults even though we told them after the fourth time we would only except a new machine which we were totally within our rights once again no 5 replacement was picked up today in a totally damaged box service has been absolutely terrible been so stressful for us being seniors with no printer to print return labels so would never buy BISSELL products again and would advise other people not to either

I ignored the warnings and bought the Bissell Spotclean. Bought from Amazon. This was after failing to order through Bissell's own website because the discount code didn't work. On the very first use the hose started leaking the dirty water. It's right where the hose joins the body as countless others have reported. Bissell clearly not listening to customers.

Five days on, and still no response. And you want me to waste my time chasing you to resolve something you should have addressed in the first place. Definitely buying a better brand, and a company with a customer support that does something rather than paying lip service

Nous l'avons utilisé sur différents supports (Tête de lit, canapé, sièges de voiture,tapis,etc...). J'émettrai seulement une petite réserve sur la longueur du flexible qui est un poil trop court (Il aurait fallu 2M pour être bien). Mais nous sommes ravis de notre Nettoyeur/Vapeur Bissell et nous recommandons ce produit pour ces résultats extraordinaire,sa polyvalence et sa puissance.
